what could these symptoms?

for the past months, I've been having strange symptoms. these include constant fatigue, dizziness, weakness, pain in the hip joint, weakness in his right hand (although it could be carpal tunnel from writing so much). I should mention that I am a girl 21 years college degree to graduate in May. however, I am very lonely and suffered from chronic depression since about 14 years old. I am very lonely … no friends and no one to talk to, except my parents. I have not a great diet, but I'm still underweight (5 '5 "105 lbs) … I have always been small, no matter what I eat. i eat a lot of PB & J with chips, oatmeal, peanut butter, chocolate, diet soda. depression may be causing these symptoms? could be the anemia? I'm kind of afraid to go to the doctor and want to see if changing my diet might help. could be something serious? : '(Scared and depressed.
